Snowshoes and sled are provided for your family to use. Also, all the Lake Placid Olympic
venues (bobsled, luge, ski jump, biathalon) are just a short drive away. The
Lake Placid 1980 Olympic speed skating oval is great fun, open for public
skating each day (skates can be rented). Come and enjoy the Saranac Lake Winter
Carnival, and the Empire State Winter Games !
